Funkdafied have teamed up with Food Trucks United to bring you Streetfest on the first Friday of each month in the unique location of Belmore Park. Following on from the 3 events we have already done we will be changing the format for the next one.
Streetfest is a unique Outdoor event incorporating Food, Art, Music, a licensed bar and a friendly family environment. For the next event we have created a special area called Street Lounge, this area will be ticket only and Funkdafied are presenting the entertainment which will host a huge line up of international DJs including;
TOTAL ECLIPSE, (The X-Ecutioners)
Plus local Sydney based DJ AD-VERSE in support. With this line up we need people to make sure they get their tickets quick as we don't expect them to be around for long. They will be on sale from 9 AM on Wednesday 22nd Jan through Moshtix.

Eric Lau is a London-based producer, known for his work with an array of international artists such as Lupe Fiasco, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Chris Dave, Guilty Simpson, Oddisee, Muhsinah, Kaidi Tatham, Olivier Daysoul, and a family of artists from London including Dego, Tawiah, Rahel and Fatima.
In addition to his production work he is also a well-respected DJ having toured the world as well as supported acts such as Erykah Badu, Questlove and Robert Glasper. As well as being the sound engineer for LA based BTS Radio, he has also provided mixes for renowned music platforms such as RBMA Radio, Put Me On It and Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide.
His debut album 'New Territories', released on Ubiquity Records to great critical acclaim was nominated as one of Gilles Peterson's Top Albums of the Year 2008, and established him as a key name at the forefront of progressive new production talent.
His follow-up EP’s and instrumental projects in 2010, 2011 & 2012 saw him work with Grammy® nominated artist Muhsinah, Washington DC rapper Oddisee and Detroit native Guilty Simpson. It also saw him begin to collaborate with multi-instrumentalist Kaidi Tatham (Bugz in the Attic), a partnership that can be heard most fruitfully on his upcoming album “One of Many”.
Sarah Love is a music scene veteran in the UK and worldwide. Originally playing jazz & funk drums when she was nine years old, Sarah began singing, composing and producing from the age of 12, and in her late teens she studied for a degree in Popular Music and Recording at one of the UK’s most respected music schools.
With a genetic talent for music, over the last half-dozen years Sarah’s skills on the wheels of steel have been honed and recognized in live performances throughout five continents, and on urban music radio in the UK, USA, Australasia and Africa.
Sarah has emerged as an international club DJ in an essentially male-dominated game, an elegant strong young woman.
Well respected for innovation, Sarah has worked as an official MTV Soundsystem DJ helping to launch MTV Base Africa and performing live at numerous MTV events in Europe. As well as routinely playing alongside the legends of British hip-hop, Sarah has worked with American icons The Roots, KRS One, Grandmaster Flash, Raekwon of the Wu-Tang Clan and many more.
Sarah is host of the Hip Hop Mix Show on BBC Radio 1Xtra and broadcasts every week to a worldwide audience. Her show is the only spot in the UK to supply fours hours of the freshest hip hop live in the mix. And from September 2008, Sarah is also presenting the Early Morning Weekend Breakfast Show for BBC Radio 1Xtra on Saturdays and Sundays.
Sarah is an official VJ for MTV Base presenting features on Trevor Nelson’s ‘The Lick’: ‘Spanking New Music’, her own monthly feature ‘Good Look’ as well as ‘DJ Takeover’ televised throughout the UK and to over 60 countries worldwide.
Sarah is MTV BASE’s only female face and embodies music depth, grace, and charisma in all her TV projects!
DJ TOTAL ECLIPSE
Total Eclipse is an original member of New York City's legendary elite DJ collective, the X-men, X-Ecutioners and currently ILL INSANITY. Taking part in pioneering the art form of Turntablism by recording some of the most influential albums like X-Pressions, Revolutions and Build From Scratch.
The X-ecutioners took the world by storm with a song was voted #1 for 4 straight weeks on MTV's TRL called, It's going down featuring Linkin Park.
