Fresh from the announcement of Goldie, Netsky & Grandtheft at their January 3rd Garden Party, Chinese Laundry are continuing to supply bass legends to the Sydney scene with Andy C and State of Mind headlining a Garden Party on Saturday, 24th January.
Winning “DJ of the Year” for the sixth year in a row at this year’s Drum & Bass Arena Awards - adding to a collection of 40+ awards - Andy C is a DJ well deserving of all recognition he receives. Recognised internationally as a leader in the Drum & Bass scene and the figurehead of RAM Records, Andy C is always ahead of the game.
Andy’s main signature motif as a DJ is that he’s guaranteed to be packing tracks that no other DJ has. Hunting, digging, searching and signing; he is constantly immersed in new music. Not only does this ensure a wholly unique experience when you see him live, but it also gives Ram Records a front row seat when it comes to spotting new artists… As the likes of Loadstar, Wilkinson, Calyx & TeeBee, Frankee, Delta Heavy, Culture Shock, DC Breaks, Hamilton, Mind Vortex, Chords and many more exciting talents will happily confirm.
Co-headlining this Garden Party is New Zealand’s Drum & Bass heroes, State of Mind. After winning “Best Album” at this year’s Drum & Bass Arena Awards, State of Mind are at the top of their game, with sights set to only get bigger.
Not content with merery achieving production success, State of Mind also have their own label SOM Music, and are known as former hosts of the hugely popular “Next Level” 95BFM drum and bass show, which now continues in podcast form.
